Management experience is preferable, and not necessarily from within the wireless industry.  We are looking for someone who can build, develop and lead a sales team to #1!


Mobile Center Inc (MCI) is an Ohio based company with 25 Sprint Preferred Retail doors across the state (Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati).  

We offer a base salary along with a commission structure based on store sales and the quality of store sales.  

In addition to that, we offer benefits: Health/Vision/Dental.

Responsibilities your role will include:  

-Recruiting & Staffing, with assistance from your DM

-Constant on the sales floor observations and coachings with your team to increase productivity and results

-Meeting/Exceeding minimum Sales Conversion expectations

-Making warm Outbound Sales calls

-Setting up sales events at your store to increase awareness and build relationships with the community

-Spearheading social media campaigns with all employees at your store to gain incremental traffic and referrals

-Learning new products and sprint services as they are released

-Maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere

-Building relationships with your customers

-Making product recommendations based on what you’ve learned about your customers

-Participating in daily communications with your team and other store locations

-Being engaged with the business and knowing what we need to do to accomplish our goals

-Take Initiative to ensure your team is always productive while at the store

-Maintain operational metrics as well as be knowledgeable on our internal Audit



A 3 week training is mandatory within your first 60 days of employment – this helps to jump start your knowledge levels and gets you acquainted with other new MCI team members.
