Job Description:

Interacting with fellow employees and customers and building relationships is at the heart of this role!  Getting to know your customers will be key for unlocking your sales potential.  Applying what you learn about your customers to the products and services we offer will equal GREAT SUCCESS!  Keeping up with service plans and products via on-going training resources will always be a part of the job.  There are some operational aspects of the job that are just day-to-day tasks - maintaining store appearance, inventory, Audit controls, etc.  


Mobile Center Inc (MCI) is an Ohio based company with 25 Sprint Preferred Retail doors across the state (Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati).  

We offer a base salary along with a commission structure based on your sales and the quality of your sales.

Responsibilities your role will include:  

-Building relationships with your customers

-Making product recommendations based on what you’ve learned about your customer

-Meeting/Exceeding minimum Sales Conversion expectations

-Making warm Outbound Sales calls

-Learning new products and sprint services as they are released

-Maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere

-Participating in daily communications with your team and other store locations

-Being engaged with the business and knowing what we need to do to accomplish our goals

-Take Initiative to ensure you are always productive while at work

-Maintain operational metrics as well as be knowledgeable on our internal Audit




A 3 week training is mandatory within your first 60 days of employment – this helps to jump start your knowledge levels and gets you acquainted with other new MCI team members.
